1. General information
This website is dedicated to presenting and requesting bookings for the services offered by Botanic Garden, an accommodation facility located in Naples, just a few steps from the Botanical Garden.

Use of the website and submission of an availability request imply acknowledgement of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Availability requests and bookings
Submitting the form available on the website constitutes an availability request only and does not automatically confirm the booking.
The booking is considered confirmed only after a communication from Botanic Garden confirming availability, the requested period, the agreed price and any applicable payment conditions.
The property reserves the right not to accept a request if the room or selected period is no longer available.
3. Prices
The prices communicated at the time of booking refer to the stay and to the services expressly indicated in the confirmation.
Any extra services, transfers, excursions, activities or additional services requested by the guest are not included in the room price unless otherwise stated.
Any tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Naples will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force and taking into account any exemptions provided by law.
4. Payments
Payment methods and deadlines are communicated to the guest before final confirmation of the booking.
Depending on the rate and the agreed conditions, advance payment, a deposit, a guarantee or payment at the property may be required.
The specific conditions stated in the booking confirmation take precedence over these general conditions.
5. Booking cancellations and changes
Cancellation and amendment conditions may vary depending on the rate, period and booking conditions.
The applicable conditions are communicated to the guest before final confirmation.
In the event of late cancellation, failure to arrive (no-show) or early departure, any conditions or penalties stated in the booking confirmation may apply.
Requests to change the dates of the stay are subject to availability and may result in price changes.
6. Right of withdrawal
For accommodation services provided on a specifically agreed date or during a specifically agreed period, the standard right of withdrawal applicable to other types of distance contracts does not apply.
The cancellation conditions specifically communicated and accepted at the time of booking therefore remain valid.
7. Check-in
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
For arrivals after 8:00 pm, a €20 supplement applies.
Guests are requested to notify the property in advance of any delays or special requirements concerning their arrival time.
8. Check-out
Check-out must be completed by 10:30 am.
When possible and provided there are no new arrivals, the property may allow a one-hour extension of the check-out time at no additional cost.
This option is subject to availability at the time and must be agreed in advance with the property.
After check-out, guests may leave their luggage in storage free of charge until departure.
Guests may also continue to use the common areas and service bathrooms until the time of departure.
9. Guest registration
Upon arrival, all guests are required to provide a valid identity document and all information necessary to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Persons other than duly registered guests may not stay in the room without prior notice to and authorisation from the property.
Any external guests must be communicated in advance.
10. Minors
Minors must stay accompanied by a parent, a person exercising parental responsibility or a duly authorised adult in accordance with applicable law.
11. Rules of conduct
Guests are requested to use the rooms, common areas, furnishings, systems and equipment with care and respect.
Guests are expected to behave in a manner that respects the peace and quiet of other guests and the surrounding environment.
In particular:
• parties or events are not permitted within the property;
• excessive noise must be avoided;
• the volume of music, television and conversations must be kept low, especially during the evening;
• rooms and common areas must be used with care;
• any external guests must be communicated to the property in advance.
Any damage caused by the guest, accompanying persons or persons admitted to the property under the guest’s responsibility may be charged to the person responsible.
12. No smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and all indoor areas of the property.
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas where it is allowed.
Any costs required for extraordinary cleaning or restoration of the premises as a result of a breach of this prohibition may be charged to the guest.
13. Pets
Pets are allowed on request.
Guests travelling with a pet are required to inform the property before their stay.
The guest is responsible for the pet’s behaviour and must help to keep the property’s spaces clean and undamaged.
Any special conditions or supplements, if applicable, will be communicated before confirmation of the booking.
14. Room cleaning
Room cleaning and housekeeping are carried out daily from 11:00 am.
If guests do not wish to be disturbed or prefer to skip the cleaning service for the day, they should display the “Do Not Disturb” sign provided in the room outside the door.
15. Safety
When leaving the room, guests are requested to ensure that doors and windows are properly closed and, where appropriate, to switch off lights, television, air conditioning and other devices.
In the event of an emergency, guests must immediately contact the host or the appropriate emergency services.
The property is equipped with video surveillance cameras exclusively in the common areas, installed for security purposes.
16. Personal belongings
Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings during their stay.
Where available, the property recommends using the in-room safe to store documents, money and valuables.
Botanic Garden is not liable for items forgotten, lost or left unattended, except in cases where liability of the property is required by law.
Before departure, guests are requested to check the room carefully and ensure that no personal belongings have been left behind.
17. Wi-Fi, Smart TV and technology services
The rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and technological systems designed for guests’ comfort.
Any streaming applications are used through the guest’s personal accounts.
Before check-out, guests are requested to log out of any personal profiles used on the Smart TV or other devices at the property.
Any temporary interruptions to Wi-Fi or other technology services due to the service provider, network, maintenance or causes not directly attributable to the property do not automatically entitle guests to a reduction in the price of the stay.
18. Minibar and water
A minibar with a selection of drinks and snacks is available in the room free of charge for guests.
A complimentary bottle is also provided on arrival and can be refilled at reception.
A dispenser providing purified still and sparkling water is available free of charge.
19. Sauna
The sauna is available free of charge and by reservation.
Opening hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Each session lasts one hour.
Reservations must be made with the host or reception at least two hours in advance.
Guests are requested to respect the scheduled time and duration of their session so that other guests may also use the service.
The relaxation area also includes a herbal tea corner and a selection of fresh seasonal fruit.
20. Transfer
An airport transfer service is available on request.
The indicative cost is €30 each way for 2 guests, plus €5 for each additional guest.
The service must be requested and confirmed in advance.
Availability, times and final conditions are communicated when the transfer is booked.
21. Tours, activities and experiences
Botanic Garden may provide information and assist with the organisation of tours, excursions and activities, including boat tours, e-bike tours, guided visits and local experiences.
When these activities are provided by external suppliers, they are delivered by independent third parties and are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective provider.
The property is not liable for the performance of services provided directly by third parties, except where otherwise mandatorily required by law.
22. Property services and amenities
The images, descriptions and information on the website are intended to represent the rooms, spaces and services as accurately as possible.
Minor variations in the arrangement of furnishings, decorative elements or additional amenities may occur without affecting the essential characteristics of the booked accommodation.
Some services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical requirements, force majeure or circumstances beyond the property’s control.
23. Force majeure
Botanic Garden shall not be held liable for the total or partial inability to provide booked services when this results from unforeseeable events or circumstances beyond its control.
Examples include natural disasters, measures taken by public authorities, extraordinary interruptions of essential services, exceptional events or other circumstances of force majeure.
In such circumstances, the property will make every reasonable effort to assist the guest and, where possible, identify an alternative solution.
24. Use of the website
The contents of the website, including texts, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos and distinctive elements, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, modification or use of the contents is not permitted without the prior authorisation of the respective rights holder, except as permitted by law.
25. Third-party links and services
The website may contain links to websites, platforms, booking services or services operated by third parties.
Botanic Garden has no control over the content, terms of use or policies adopted by such third parties and cannot be held responsible for their activities.
26. Privacy and video surveillance
The personal data of users and guests are processed in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
For further information, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website.
The common areas of the property may be subject to video surveillance exclusively for security purposes and in compliance with applicable legislation.
27. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Botanic Garden reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions.
Any changes will take effect from the date they are published on the website and will not affect bookings already confirmed, except where required by law or expressly agreed with the guest.
28. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any disputes are subject to the provisions of applicable law and, where applicable, to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
